Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, email address, and (if you give them) phone number, CV, application documents and details of the roles you are targeting. Payment card details are collected by Stripe, not by us; we see only the last four digits and the outcome. Booking details are held by Cal.com.

Why

To deliver the coaching you have bought (performance of a contract), to send you booking confirmations, receipts and reminders, to reply to enquiries, and, where you have agreed, to send occasional emails about recruiting deadlines and our services. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and video calls), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where a parent or guardian is paying, we share progress information with them only as agreed with the client.

Where and how long

Data may be processed in the UK, EU and US under appropriate safeguards. We keep client records for six years after the engagement ends for tax and legal reasons, and enquiry data for twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, by emailing Elitecareerscoach@gmail.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

Cookies

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites. Embedded booking and payment pages from Cal.com and Stripe may set their own cookies needed to function.
