Refunds and cancellations

Single sessions

Move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session using the link in your confirmation email, and you will be refunded in full or rebooked, whichever you prefer. Cancellations with less notice and missed sessions are not refundable.

Programmes

Within 14 days of purchase you may cancel for any reason. We refund the price paid less the value of any sessions already delivered, charged at our single-session rate, and less any non-refundable costs we have already incurred on your behalf. After 14 days, programmes are non-refundable, but unused hours may be transferred to another person with our agreement.

Instalment plans

If you cancel within 14 days, we refund on the basis above and cancel the remaining instalments. After 14 days the remaining instalments remain payable, since the programme price is simply being paid in stages.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a session, we will offer a new time first and a full refund of that session if no time works for you. If we are unable to continue a programme, we refund all unused hours in full.
